With more than 20 years of experience under her belt, Alicia Woods understands how to push boundaries. Alicia has spent her career encouraging young women to pursue a career in the mining industry. On her path, breaking down barriers and changing the ‘mining boys club’ narrative, Alicia founded Covergalls. Covergalls stands for all the values Alicia has spent her career voicing and we challenge companies to be a part of the change by working toward increasing their diversity.
